  • Biography
Goodwin is historian and biographer of several presidents. She was an intern under Lyndon Johnson. She also helped him organize and write his memoir. This was her start as a presidential biographer.  Several of her biographies had included large amounts of material taken from other writers. Some of this has been credited or not credited, some with permission, some without.
